- Menyelenggarakan pendidikan vokasi secara profesional, berkualitas, memiliki karakter entrepreneurship, mandiri dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pada tingkat lokal, nasional maupun global.
- Melaksanakan penelitian dan rekayasa di bidang Otomotif
- Menjadi pusat layanan pelatihan, konsultasi dan jasa serta pengkajian dan pengembangan dalam bidang Teknologi Otomotif.
- Merintis dan menjalin kerjasama keilmuan di bidang teknik otomotif dengan berbagai kalangan baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri.
- Melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terkait dengan bidang Otomotif.

- Menghasilkan tenaga pengajar profesional pada bidang pendidikan teknik otomotif.
- Menghasilkan produk IPTEKS bidang teknologi otomotif yang handal, inovatif dan kompetitif.
